The validation of the order will have the value of acceptance of the General Conditions, without any possible recourse.

All commercial relations between I-Am Bikini and the Customers are governed exclusively by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed in writing. Even placing an online order implies full acceptance of the following conditions.

EXECUTION OF AN ORDER

Orders can be executed via the Internet on the Website: www.iambikini.it 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

PRICES

All sales prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros and are to be considered VAT included.
Prices do not include delivery costs.
Delivery costs in Italy are always charged to the Customers and are invoiced at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products.
Despite our commitment, we cannot exclude that on rare occasions a different price than the actual one is indicated by mistake. We will always check the correctness of prices during the order verification process and subsequent shipment of the products. If, due to misunderstandings, the price indicated on the site should be lower than the correct sale price of a product, we will contact you to check whether you still want to purchase the product at the correct price. Otherwise, the order will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are free for all purchases in Italy upon reaching the minimum threshold of € 49.
Upon arrival of the material, the customer undertakes to collect it.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next day.
We remind customers that couriers carry out the transport and delivery of products only during working days.
In the event that the order has not been delivered on time, I-Am Bikini can, at the request of the Customers, investigate the reasons for this delay.
During this period (approximately 15 days) it will not be possible to proceed with a refund or a new shipment of the order.
In the event that the delivery is unsuccessful, after 5 days not receiving information from the recipient, the goods will return to the sender and the amount will be credited, withholding the cost of shipping costs.
What to do at the time of delivery:

1. Check that the package is in good condition and that the packaging (cardboard and adhesive tape) has not been tampered with;

In case of non-compliance or apparent damage:

1. Refuse the delivery and fill in the acceptance form indicating the problem encountered;

2. Return the package to the courier;

3. Send a report to Customer Service at info@iambikini.it describing the incident in the following 48 hours indicating the order number.

To allow I-Am Bikini to contact them in case of need, Customers are requested to indicate:

1. A working e-mail address

2. A landline phone number

3. A mobile phone number

RETURNED GOODS

To return a product, download the product exchange or return form.
The form must be completed in its entirety and inserted in the package at the time of return.
Make sure to ship the item in its original packaging, including the original label / tag in the case of clothing items and with the box in the case of footwear.

DISPUTES AND LIABILITY

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For all disputes resulting from the interpretation and / or execution of these General Conditions, the Municipality of Boscotrecase will be competent.
The company reserves the right to modify the aforementioned conditions of sale in the future.
